Second grader recently became cancer-free

(AURORA, Ind.) -- 7-year-old Cyndi Strzysnki was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Cancer last September.

She missed all but one month of first grade due to the treatments she was undergoing.

Prayers have been answered for family and friends as doctors recently found her to be cancer-free.

During her treatments, Cyndi asked for a she-shed and the Make-A-Wish Foundation delivered on their promise Wednesday.

The pink she-shed is equipped with all the amenities the second grader wished for, including a chalk board, desk, gaming area and a futon.

Cyndi is now back at Aurora Elementary and getting straight A's in second grade.
