Trick-or-treated in a unique way
(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Batesville FFA chapter conducted a unique initiative on Halloween.
They went door-to-door like other trick-or-treaters, but they weren’t looking for candy.
The members used the holiday to collect canned good for the Batesville Food Pantry.
The strolled through the neighborhoods of Farmington Estates and Hillendale, and also stopped by Oldenburg.
Altogether, the chapter collected 1,152 cans for the less fortunate in the community.
