Will feature kids storytime, writer workshop
(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Batesville Memorial Public Library will host their annual Author Fair on Saturday, August 17.
The event will feature more than 25 regional authors and it's an opportunity to ask questions about their books and the writing process, and purchase their books.
This year author Shannon Anderson will be doing a kids (suggested ages 3-6 year olds) Storytime (no registration) at 10:15AM and an Author Talk during the fair at 11AM.
Following the fair at 1:30PM Shannon will present a Writer’s Critique Workshop.
“Are you an aspiring author who wants to improve your writing? Are you a published author struggling with a section of your current project? Come learn what makes a successful critique group from award-winning author Shannon Anderson,” organizers said.
The Author Fair takes place from 10:30 a.m.to noon and the library is located at 131 N. Walnut Street.
