Batesville teacher becomes owner of Tudor Square

Cox previously operated Bring It On Homes

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Batesville High School teacher Darrick Cox is the new owner of Tudor Square Realty.

The realty company has been in business for 38 years and serves all of Southeast Indiana.

Cox purchased it from Bob Koester who has owned Tudor Square for the past few years. Koester will continue with Tudor Square as an agent.

Cox’s Bring It On Homes realty business will now merge with Tudor Square.

“Becoming the owner of Tudor Square Realty brings my story right back to where it all started. My mentors were Bob, Joan, and Nancy, three of the best agents around. They taught me from the ground up and became like family, so I feel like I’ve been reunited with family members I haven’t seen in a long time,” Cox said.

“The family feeling at Tudor Square was one of my goals when I started Bring It On Homes. Now that I am the owner of both, I think that means my family just got a lot bigger,” he said. “The Bring It On Homes and Tudor Square merger will combine some of the best agents from all over Southeastern Indiana to better serve our clients and our communities.”
