(MILAN, Ind.) – A benefit ride will be held for a Milan woman who is currently battling cancer.
Joyce Gilbert-Grigsby was diagnosed with with Stage 3 Invasive Breast Cancer in August after battling two other conditions since 2017.
“Joyce grew up in Moores Hill and raised her family there, she has always helped everyone around her even when she is struggling,” her daughter, Stevie, said.
Joyce’s Fight ride will be held at the Milan Legion with registration beginning with registration at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 12.
The event welcomes jeeps, trucks, bikes and side-by-sides. The ride will leave the legion at 12 p.m.
It will return at 2 p.m. for a meal, basket raffles, corn hole tournament and other activities.
