Happened on Fairview Avenue
(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) -- Brookville firefighters were called to a structure fire around 2:30 p.m. Monday.
A barn caught fire on Fairview Avenue which just off of St. Mary's Road.
Brookville residents could smell smoke across the downtown area as some also saw flames when the fire started.
Nobody was believed to be hurt as firefighters remain on the scene as of 4:00 p.m. Monday.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
