Brookville Police monitoring busy intersection

An effort to stop crashes from happening

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – Brookville Police are now increasing patrols at a busy intersection.

Don’t be surprised if you see a Brookville police officer near the intersection of State Road 101 and Reservoir Road over the next few weeks.

Brookville Police say the goal is to decrease the number of traffic accidents that have occurred around the intersection.

We also ask motorists to be respectful of the First Financial parking lot. Their parking lot is for customer use only, please don’t increase the possibility of traffic accidents by using their lot to avoid the traffic light,” the department also said.
