CAC, DCS helps police arrest alleged molester

Accused of molesting autistic girl

(NORTH VERNON, Ind.) – A Jennings County man is accused of molesting an autistic 10-year-old girl. 

Jennings County deputies learned of the alleged incident and immediately began investigating.

They worked with the Children’s Advocacy Center and the Indiana Department of Child Services during the investigation. 

It led to the arrest of 69-year-old David Moser on September 9.

“This case defines evil to its core. The Detectives and Deputies of the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office will continue to aggressively go after anyone who victimizes the children in our community,” said Jennings County Chief Deputy Cody Low. 

Moser was booked into jail where he is charged with felony Child Molesting.
