Crews battling downtown Rushville restaurant fire

(RUSHVILLE, Ind.) – Multiple fire departments are on the scene of a structure fire in Rushville Tuesday.

The fire is at Corner Restaurant which is located at the intersection of Main and Third Streets. 

From the photos we’ve received, it appears the fire has spread to a neighboring building that is home to The Finishing Touch Home Improvement. 

City officials are asking the public to avoid the downtown area as crews continue to work the fire as of 6:45 p.m. Tuesday.

The Greensburg Fire Department are among the additional agencies working the fire.
