Ripley County will deploy 16 trucks
(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – The Ripley County Highway Department are pretreating roads and preparing their trucks for a possible winter storm later this weekend.
County crews pretreated hills, bridges, curves and intersections on Thursday morning.
They will deploy 16 trucks and two graders across the county once the storm arrives.
Troy Riehle is a foreman with the Ripley County Highway Department and say the prioritize high-traveled roads along with those that require travel for first responders.
