(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- Drivers should be aware of a unique danger on local roads the next few weeks.
Race Across America cyclists are just starting to come through Southeast Indiana and this will continue for the next few weeks.
The cyclists are on a cross-country trek riding from California to Maryland.
You'll find the racers on State Road 46 and also on backroads such as St. Mary's Road in Franklin County.
It's part of a 3,000-mile journey spanning 12 states. It started in Oceanside and will end in Annapolis, Maryland.
Race Across America is longer than the Tour de France and racers must complete in nearly half the time.
