DCMH welcomes new family practitioner

Will serve community at Tree City Medical Partners

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- Decatur County Memorial Hospital is welcoming Family Nurse Practitioner Kelly Miller to the medical team.

She will at the Tree City Medical Partners office and specializes in family medicine and primary care for patients of all ages.

Miller received her Bachelor of Nursing from Western Governors University and her Master of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University.

During a clinical rotation, Kelly had the opportunity to learn from the team at Tree City Medical Partners clinic, which is one of the reasons why she chose DCMH.

“During my clinical rotation at TCMP, the staff went above and beyond in welcoming me. I was included as part of the team from day one and that spoke volumes to me. I chose to join DCMH because I love how passionate the providers and staff are about their patients," Miller said.

Originally from Indianapolis, Kelly looks forward to getting to know her patients, learning what motivates them, and helping them reach health goals. Kelly is committed to providing top-of-the- line, compassionate care to each of her patients while she supports them in their health and wellness journey.

Tree City Medical Partners offices are located at 955 N. Michigan Avenue in Greensburg.
