Decatur Co. Marching Band fundraiser underway

Helps with equipment and other needs

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – The Decatur County Greensburg Marching Band is kicking off their fundraising campaign for the 2024 season. 

The marching band relies on donations to assist with equipment, music licenses and other needs. It brings together students from Greensburg, North and South Decatur. 

“We hire awesome staff members to work with our membership and provide the best possible instruction to our students. This activity provides an excellent outlet for students while teaching leadership, teamwork, and creative expression to local students,” organizers said.

This is the marching band's eighth year performing in the Central Indiana Track Show Association Circuit and as finalists for state fair band day, the Top 16 bands in the circuit.

If you would rather make an in-person cash or check donation please do so! You may provide cash or a check made out to DCGMB to the student who asked for your donation.

The student who brings in the most donation dollars by Monday July 15th will receive a lunch of their choice and favorite candy.
