Decatur County father in need of kidney transplant

Hoping to find local donor

(WESTPORT, Ind.) – The family of a Westport man is hoping to find the perfect match to save his life. 

25-year-old Cameron VanSickle is in dire need for a kidney and his blood type is A Positive. However, he is compatible with other blood types.

The South Decatur graduate has a young son and was supposed to get married this month, but that has been postponed due to his illness. 

If you’re interested in being a donor, it will come zero cost financially. All costs are covered by insurance and the family vows to supplement lost income if needed.
