Decatur County REMC donates to sheriffs office

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- Decatur County REMC is helping local law enforcement purcase a new off-road vehicle.

The company presented the Decatur County Sheriff's Office with a $1,000 check this week.

The money will help the sheriff's office purcase a Polaris Ranger.

"Your generous donation gets us one step closer to being able to purchase another tool to help us more adequately protect and serve," the sheriff's office said.
