Funeral procession honors beloved New Alsace community member

63-year-old Tom Klump passed away Tuesday

(NEW ALSACE, Ind.) -- Hundreds of semis and dump trucks showed up to honor Tom Klump on Saturday.

Klump passed away in an ATV accident on July 4.

He owned Klump Excavating & Construction and was a lifelong resident of the town.

His family asked truck drivers to participate in his funeral procession and they responded in a big way.

Community members watched the procession despite storms moving through the area.
