(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- A Decatur County man is going to prison after a brutal attack on his five-month-old granddaughter last year.
49-year-old Christopher Allen pleaded Guilty but Mentally Ill to aggravated battery and resisting law enforcement in April.
He was sentenced to four years in prison and 15 years probation on Wednesday.
The infant, Bryleigh Adams, is recovering following numerous surgeries.
