(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Greensburg native Roxanna Metz is the plant lead at Honda’s Indiana Auto Plant in Greensburg.
She has worked there since 2008 and was named plant lead in 2023. Metz now leads more than 2,700 associates who produce the Honda Civic Hatchback, CR-V and CR-V hybrid.
Metz has been named a Reuters’ “Top 20 Trailblazing Women in Automotive” list for 2024.
“It’s an honor to be recognized among so many talented women in the automotive industry,” said Metz. “I’m very fortunate to be able to work every day with such an innovative team. Everyone is always ready to give their best, and that really inspires me to embrace my own challenging spirit and passion for the job.”
Metz is also active in the community, serving on the boards of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Corporation of Greensburg/Decatur County.
