(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- Police and firefighters will join forces to host a community cookout in Greensburg Thursday.
It's an opportunity to connect with first responders and learn more about those who are sworn-in to keep the community safe.
The Greensburg Public Safety Community Cookout will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the intersection of North and Wilder Street.
This is one of five community cookouts the agencies have scheduled in 2023.
WATCH: Last year, the Greensburg Police Department and Greensburg Fire Department turned a cookout into a competition! They let guests vote on which agency makes the best chili.
