High school football finals in Southeast Indiana

Here are high school football finals in Southeast Indiana on Friday, September 22:

Batesville and Lawrenceburg both had a record of 4-1 coming into the game. The Bulldogs topped the Tigers 26-23 at Dick Meador Stadium.

The East Central Trojans improved to 6-0 by defeating South Dearborn 51-0 in St. Leon.

The Milan Indians welcomed Eastern Hancock and the Indians rolled them with a 44-19 victory! Milan improves to 4-2 on the year.

It was homecoming at Franklin County and the Wildcats cruised to an easy 41-7 win over the Greensburg Pirates.

North Decatur traveled to Rushville and fell short by losing to the Lions 26-24.

At South Decatur, it was homecoming night and the Cougars came back from a slow start to defeat Cloverdale 27-13 to go to 5-1 on the year.

Switzerland County went on the road to Edinburgh and beat the Lancers 19-6. The Pacers are now 4-2 on the year.

Connersville fell to Speedway at home 30-0 and the Spartans record falls to 2-4 this season.
