High school sectional finals in Southeast Indiana

(SOUTHEAST INDIANA) -- The road to Lucas Oil Field narrowed during the second round of the high school football sectionals on Friday night.


Here are game recaps from across Southeast Indiana:


The defending state champion East Central Trojans drove up to Martinsville and beat the Artesians 56-7. East Central will host Greenwood next Friday.


During the Trojans win, running back Josh Ringer became the school's all-time rushing leader.


Lawrenceburg went on the road to face Batesville and the Tigers lost to the Bulldogs 20-14 in a wild game. Batesville will play Indian Creek next week.


Indian Creek cruised past Franklin County 37-0 to end the Wildcats season.


There will be a matchup of two local teams for a Sectional championship on Friday. Milan beat the Tri Titans 14-8 and North Decatur obliterated Edinburgh 63-0.


The Milan Indians and North Decatur Chargers will face each other on Friday.


The Switzerland County Pacers season came to an end Friday after a 44-0 loss on the road at Eastern (Pekin).
