Parade and fireworks on Saturday
(METAMORA, Ind.) – The community of Metamora will celebrate their town and country on Saturday, July 6.
Put on your red, white and blue and come to Metamora for our 'I love Metamora's Patriotic Day'.
At 5:30 PM, starting at Gateway Park, which is across 52 from Metamora, the parade lineup will begin. Enter a float, car or whatever. The parade will start at 6 PM and come down Columbia Street and Main Street.
Following the parade, the Metamora Volunteer Fire Department will host a fireworks show at Gateway park. Community members are encouraged to bring chairs and coolers. The show is expected to start at 10 p.m.
