Lawrenceburg to open warming shelter Friday

Cots, blanket and water provided

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – There is a warm place to go in Lawrenceburg ahead of the upcoming bitter temperatures.


The City of Lawrenceburg will open their emergency shelter which is the Boy Scout Cabin that is located at 461 West High Street. It will open at noon on Friday. 


Individuals or families that are in need will have access to the shelter, cots, blankets and water. The shelter is monitored.
