Notice more people in town? That’s due to solar eclipse

Greensburg, Oldenburg experiencing tourism boost Friday

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Have you noticed more cars on the road than usual on Friday? Or saw people taking photos?

It appears that is because of the people arriving for the upcoming solar eclipse on Monday. 

We’ve spoken with people in Greensburg and Oldenburg who both say they’ve seen an increase in traffic and tourism.

One law enforcement agency said they expect more people arriving on Saturday. 

Hotels in Greensburg and Brookville have been sold out for several months.
