ORVC announces weekly honors

Two local soccer players earn top honors

(VEVAY, Ind.) – Two local soccer players have been named are representing their conference well this week. 

Switzerland County’s Cooper Todd has been named ORVC Boys Soccer Play of the Week. 

He scored seven goals and had two assists in three games. 

Rising Sun’s Hillary Lambert had a big performance against South Ripley where she had three goals. That performance earned her ORVC Girls Soccer Player of the Week. 

In other sports, Switzerland County’s Payton Stow was named ORVC Golfer of the Week.

Also, Milan cross country athlete Lucas Cooney was named ORVC Runner of the Week.
