Owners of Greendale diner to take extended vacation to begin 2025

(GREENDALE, Ind.) – The owners of a Greendale diner are looking forward to an extended vacation to kick off the new year.

Bill and Judi Yelton have owned Will’s Grill for the past 27 years and have never been able to take an extended vacation.

They are planning to spend January and February in Florida before reopening Will’s Grill in early March.

Judi tells us the goal is to reopen on March 1 with normal business hours as long as weather cooperates.

The lunch restaurant averages close to 700 customers a week, many of which visit multiple times weekly.
