Pilots, donations sought to help hurricane victims in North Carolina

Group helping victims in North Carolina

(EDINBURGH, Ind.) – Are you a pilot? A group from central Indiana is hoping to connect with you. 


The Edinburgh-based Civilian Crisis Response Team was created in 2015 to respond to people in their greatest times of need. 


They are currently seeking pilots who own personal planes to join the cause. 


The group is hoping to distribute specific items to hurricane victims in the Carolinas. Pilots can connect with the group by clicking here. 


If you would like to donate items, here is what is being accepted at 3254 Market Place Drive in Edinburg from 2-7PM Monday:


  • Baby Formula

  • Canned Pet Food

  • Read To Eat Food

  • Portable Electric Lanterns

  • Trash Bags 

  • Toilet Paper 

  • Plastic silverware/ Paper Plates

  • Plastic Tarps of any size
