Police say they found meth, fentanyl and cocaine
(SHELBYVILLE, Ind.) — A man is facing numerous drug charges after a police investigation in Shelby County.
Officers say they seized a large quantity of methamphetamine, fentanyl and cocaine along with oxycodone, morphine and hydrocodone.
46-year-old Michael Bozarth, Jr., of Fairland, was arrested on Tuesday and faces several charges related to drug dealing.
Police say the search warrant uncovered 290 grams of meth, 10 grams of fentanyl, 75 grams of cocaine, other illegal narcotics, eight guns, and more than $2,100 in cash.
The investigation was led by the Shelby County Drug Task Force, in collaboration with the Shelbyville Police Department,
“The diligent efforts of the drug detectives in this case have undoubtedly contributed to making Shelby County a safer place by removing dangerous substances and firearms from the community,” the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department said.
