Boesken is the pastor at Sunman Community Church
(INDIANAPOLIS) -- Adam Boesken had the opportunity to lead the Indiana Senate in prayer during their session on Tuesday, January 16.
Boesken is the pastor at Sunman Community Church, which just celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2023.
He was invited to the Statehouse by State Senator Jean Leising.
"My dad, wife and kids were there along with several people from our church," Boesken said. "It was humbling to be invited there and was a once-in-a-lifetime experience."
Boesken holds a unique career path of not only being a pastor, but also working in law enforcement.
He currently serves as deputy chief at the West Harrison Police Department and also the assistant director for Hidden Valley Public Safety.
