Batesville's Renee' Lecher practices her swing Wednesday
(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The warm weather in Southeast Indiana on Wednesday is quite a bit different than one year ago today.
Pictured above is the Batesville Bulldogs softball team who is practicing outside with temperatures reaching the mid-70’s this afternoon.
We asked Weather Wave’s Chad Gutzwiller about the differences in weather on March 13 over the years.
In 2023, the temperature stayed around 35 degrees with some scattered flurries.
In 2022, temperatures dropped to a low of 17 degrees in our area.
In 2017, March 13th brought snow showers across the region with some areas receiving upwards of three inches.
