(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – The 121st Versailles Pumpkin Show will take place from September 25 to September 28.
The festival began way back in 1899 when local jeweler Alfred Beer came up with an advertising idea for his business. He promised a prize to whoever brought the biggest pumpkin.
The five-day event will include music by Rachel Holt, Josh Wells, Mr. T’s Mohawk, Texas Star, Jordan Dermody, Sunday Drive and more.
Some popular attractions include the King and Queen Contest, the Pie Eating Contest, the parade, and the Pumpkin judging competition. Read full schedule here:
