Batesville
The Star-Spangled Symphony features the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra who caps off their performance with a big fireworks show. The musical performance begins at 8 p.m. at Gillespie Park.
Friday, June 30
Osgood
Ripley County Chamber of Commerce will host fireworks at the fairgrounds in Osgood. The event is from 5-10:30 p.m. with fireworks at dusk.
Saturday, July 1
Aurora
Light Up Aurora will be at Gabbard Riverfront Park 6 - 10 p.m. in Aurora. There will music, food vendors, craft vendors, a bouncy house for the kids, and a Vintage Car Cruise In.
Vevay
"Red, White, and Boom" is presented by Town of Vevay, Switzerland County Tourism, & McAlister Fireworks.
Live music with food trucks, shaved ice, parade, and fun items for kids! Fireworks are at Ogle Park in Vevay 6-9 p.m.
Rising Sun
Stars & Stripes Celebration in Downtown Rising Sun from 4-10:30pm. Fireworks start at 10 p.m. along the riverfront on Front Street.
The event also features arts, crafts, food trucks and music by The Belairs Show Band, Seeth Mulder & Midnight Runn and DV8 under the Main Street Pavilion leading up to the fireworks.
Versailles
A fireworks show over Versailles Lake at the Versailles State Park from 9-10:30 p.m.
Waldron
A The Waldron Freedom Fest features a parade, kid zone, music and a marketplace all leading up to a massive firework display at 10:15 p.m. at Waldron Elementary School.
Monday, July 3
Greensburg
Decatur County Parks & Recreation will have a fireworks show at the Decatur County Fairgrounds. It starts at 9 p.m. at the Decatur County Fairgrounds grandstands on West Park Road.
Bright
Bright Christian Church will host fireworks as part of the annual God and Country Event. It also features food trucks, games, pie contest, bounce house and concert by My Brother's Keeper. The event is from 7-10 p.m.
Rushville
Friends of Fred Food Truck Festival features several food trucks, music and fireworks. It takes place at Rushville Elementary School West from 5-10:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 4
Greendale
4th of July in Greendale will feature events throughout Independence Day, including a kids bike parade and a fishing derby.
The fireworks take place between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. at Greendale Park.
Milan
Flying G Fireworks will have a show at Darren Baker Memorial Park at dark.
It's part of Milan's annual Independence Day celebration which is full day of activities that also include a little league baseball tournament, ice cream social, Lions Club parade, fire department chicken dinner, and an adult softball tournament.
Greensburg
Foundations for Recovery will host their fireworks show at Lifeline Wesleyan Church which is located ag 2002 Moscow Road. Gates open at 7 p.m.
Saturday, July 8
Patriot
Fireworks at 10 p.m. in front of Patriot Water Company in Switzerland County.
The day also features a full afternoon of community events such as firefighters selling cotton candy and hot dogs, Patriot General Store cooking hamburgers, ice cream vendors along with a huge water slide!
