Will receive full tuition in college
(GREENSBURG) -- Greensburg senior Cooper Williams has been selected as the 2024 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship winner in Decatur County.
Williams is the son of Troy and Tammy Williams. He is a student board member for the Decatur County United Fund, serves on the New Direction’s Teen Council, is National Honor Society President, and is an active member of the jazz band and numerous other organizations.
He will receive full tuition, required fees and a special allocation of up to $900 per year for required books while attending a college or university in Indiana.
Williams was selected from five finalists which was narrowed down from a field of 60 students who applied. The other finalists will receive a $5,000 scholarship from DCCF.
