Woman killed in Decatur County motorcycle crash

The crash happened on State Road 46 near State Road 3

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- One person died following a motorcycle crash near Greensburg.

The crash happened on State Road 46 near State Road 3 around 8 p.m. on Friday, June 23, according to the Decatur County Sheriff's Office.

58-year-old Karie Kay King, of New Castle, was flown to a Cincinnati hospital where she died from her injuries.

Deputies say a witness observed the motorcycle wobbling before traveling off of the north side of the road.

Decatur County EMS, Burney Volunteer Fire Department, Greensburg Fire Department and Greensburg Police were among the additional agencies who responded.
